Hi, I’m Jathan Spaulding—the founder of 3Stone Capital.
My journey took me to Morehouse College, where I pursued an Accounting degree and built my leadership skills by founding a tutoring and mentoring program for underserved youth. Through hard work and dedication, I earned opportunities like interning at Deloitte—where I honed my skills in Mergers & Acquisitions—and eventually accepted a full-time offer to join their Atlanta office in 2025.
But my mission didn’t stop there.
I founded 3Stone Capital to invest in businesses that power our everyday lives—from natural resources to logistics infrastructure—while creating a sustainable, monthly income stream for the firm. I firmly believe that small businesses are the lifeblood of innovation and that strategic capital deployment can ignite growth without burdening founders with debt or operational micromanagement.
